Tent space for the Goshen Country Fair is available for the display of products, taking of orders and selling with check and credit card.  No food vendors or game booths are accepted.   The Fair will run from 6:00 PM Monday, August 2 through Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 11:00 PM.  Booths must be occupied for the entire time.

You may download a copy of the exhibitor agreement.  Please sign and return it to me by July 15, 2010 with payment in full.  We will sign the agreement and send you a copy as a receipt of payment along with a confirmation of the tent space reserved for you.  Please make checks payable to GOSHEN COUNTRY FAIR. Space will be reserved on a first come, first served basis.  NO SPACE WILL BE RESERVED WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL.  We will also require as additional $50.00 deposit to ensure that exhibitor's booths remain open during the entire event of the fair.   Once the fair has ended, you may pick up your deponist check at the fire house or it will be mailed back to you.  If for some reason you do not open you booth for a night at the fair or do not remain until 11:00 PM on Saturday, you forfeit the $50.00 deposit.

The map of the layout shows the approximate locations of the exhibitor tent spaces.   Please indicate your first and second choices by test space and number on your contract.  Every effort will be made to accomodate your request.

Tent spacae is 10 feet deep and cost is $17.00 per front foot.  There is a ten foot minimum. (Ten by ten foot exhibitor space would cast $170.00).  Corner spaces are to be rented at a cost of $200.00.  Electricity and security are included in the rental cost.  Tables and chairs are not included.

Set up is allowed anytime after 12:00 noon on Saturday, July 31, 2010 but must be completed by 5:00 PM on Monday, August 2, 2010.  All exhibitors must remain in place until 11:00 PM Saturday, August, 7, 2010.  Any altering of space is strictly prohibited.
