There are many contests held during the week of the Goshen Country Fair. Visit all of the exhibitors and see what they are offering. Many have prize drawings at the end of the week. See the agriculture section online here for a long list of agriculture contest. Maybe you grow the nicest green beans in the county. Do you have a green thumb? Enter some of the flower contests. Is the Food Channel your favorite channel on TV? Enter the Hershey's Baking contests!

In addition to these contests, there is the every-popular Tug of War contest every year. This contest matches the local Volunteer Fire Companies against each other to see who is the best of the best!
